Search and Rescue for Shell Ultra City, N1 near Worcester

LOCATION: Worcester

START: September 2012 – May 2013

Two petrol stations were to be developed on the N1 near Worcester, unfortunately on land featuring a very rare Arctotis cf. incise plant. The Environmental Impact Study required that the endangered plant species be collected and relocated by a specialist to a nearby conservation area. Intaba collected the plants, propagated them and replanted them in an area set aside for conservation.
